As an original founder of ActOn he has been leading multiple initiatives in the performing arts to benefit charitable causes over the past ten years. Ayan Guha, Creative Director, Member of the Board
A gifted cartoonist and a performing arts enthusiast, Ayan has been acting and directing for over two decades. He is deeply interested in developing original and creative content from scratch. He has the gift to convert any concept into a theatrical production. Ayan has a PhD in Physics and he is Data Scientist by profession (LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ayanguha/). ActOn will leverage Ayan’s professional and creative talents to write more original scripts and drive continuous production efficiency. Ayan and his family live in Austin, Texas.
Arnab Banerjee, General Secretary, Member of the Board
Arnab’s passion for the performing arts goes way back to his college days in India. A talented actor with many stage performances in India and US, he is super excited to build the ActOn platform – impact our audience with great virtues and touch the lives of many with our gifts, proceeds and donations. Pia Dey, Treasurer, Member of the Board
Pia has been a founding member of the ActOn board since its inception. With her skills in strategic planning, fund-raising, and budgeting, she has been instrumental in launching many successful ActOn productions. Strongly passionate about social impact initiatives, beyond ActOn, she has also been on the board and/or mentor of many non-profit organizations. With Pia’s continued leadership, ActOn envisions a significant future scale of our endeavor in the near future. Pia lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and son.
Dillon Dey, Director of Youth Initiative
Dillon is currently a senior at the Vandergrift High School in Austin, Texas (https://www.linkedin.com/dillon-dey). Growing up in a family of theater enthusiasts, Dillon has been leaning in to support stage productions since he was seven. He has been part of many ActOn small to large productions across the US. In his role, he is chartered with sourcing educational stories and short plays for young audiences, adapting them for stage production, and coordinating the end-to-end process – casting call to stage infrastructure to (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dillon-dey-bb84ab286/)successful production.
